While you are collecting your vehicle, we maintain proper distance throughout the process.

Essential Staff

The employees working in branch locations are following the best practices recommended by the various health authorities to help protect and reduce risk during this Coronavirus outbreak.

These practices include:
1. Limiting the number of employees in a location
2. Using social distancing between each customers and employees
3. Frequently disinfecting touchable surfaces
4. Minimizing customer interaction at vehicle pickup or delivery
5. Ensuring local teams have supplies and resources needed

Additionally, all employees have been made aware that if they ever feel uncomfortable with working in a physical location, they are under absolutely no obligation to work.

Essential Cleaning

On top of vacuuming and general cleaning we are using a disinfectant to sanitise between every rental such as the following;

2. Areas between seats/console & seat/doorjambs.
3. Entire dashboard
4. Instrument panels
5. Steering wheel & column
6. Accessory panel
7. Door interiors & pockets
8. Door handles (interior & exterior)
9. Other high touch areas.

We also have measures in place to immediately isolate and quarantine any vehicle if needed.
